Modular Synthesizer

Here are a few of my modular synthesizer projects. Most of them are from 2019-2021, but I still do a fair amount of work on the modular.

Help us fill this space

This was a plea for supporting our school's modular synth. Since the video was made, we've succeeded at filling the case with modules. All the sounds on the video were created on the synth itself!

Ambient listening station

This was a patch I left running for hours, while students walked by and listened through headphones. There is a short video and a much longer audio file here.

Krell helicopters

A fun take on a classic patch, inspired by the old sci-fi movie "Forbidden Planet"...

There's much more where that came from! I'm now more into writing code and working in Max than designing patches on the modular synthesizer, but I still have a great personal system, and an excellent one for students to experiment on!
